FINCAD Support Program provides you with direct access to FINCAD's finance and systems experts by email, phone and fax. Support is available to all licensed users of FINCAD XL software for an annual subscription fee.
Subscribing to the FINCAD Support Program
New FINCAD XL software users are automatically enrolled in the FINCAD Support Program for one year for a one-time annual fee. In order to maintain access to FINCAD's Client Services team you need to renew your support subscription. You can renew your subscription after the first year. To renew your support, ask your FINCAD representative for details.
