FINCAD Market Data is Coming Soon

FINCAD is excited about the pending launch of FINCAD Market Data, scheduled for release later this month. FINCAD Market Data will deliver reliable and accurate daily market data to financial professionals worldwide, fully integrated with FINCAD XL.

FINCAD's Professional Services team will be contacting existing The Perfect Hedge® Market Data users to plan migration to the new system over the next few weeks. FINCAD Confirms that Version 6 of FINCAD XL and FINCAD Developer are now Sunset Products

FINCAD Support Program provides full support for the current version of FINCAD software products and for the two prior versions. Limited support to assist with media replacement and license transfers is available for some earlier versions prior to their finally being sunset.

During the month of July - Version 6 licenses owners may upgrade to the current Version 11 of FINCAD software at a special discount - including full support. Please contact your FINCAD sales representative prior to August 1, 2008 to benefit from the discount.

FINCAD Support Program provides you with direct access to FINCAD's finance and systems experts by email, phone and fax. Support is available to all licensed users of FINCAD XL and FINCAD Developer software for an annual subscription fee.

When you subscribe, the FINCAD Client Services Program provides support for:

  • Live technical support via telephone or email
  • Access to software updates
  • Changes to end user personnel
  • Self help services
  • Hardware failures or replacement

FINCAD Professional Services provided a custom solution for a client which resulted in the development of a FINCAD XL prototype to automate the valuation of a portfolio of single name CDS contracts. This prototype would be used as the basis for implementing a final solution using FINCAD Developer.
