FINCAD Recognized as one of the Best Companies to Work for in B.C.
Vancouver, BC, CANADA , November 28, 2007 – Financial software company, FINCAD, has been
ranked in the top ten of best companies to work for in British Columbia in the fewer than 100 employees
category.
BC Business and Caliber Leadership Systems Inc., an organizational development and talent management
firm, focused on what companies are doing right to keep an engaged and motivated workforce. Four key
areas were measured including talent systems, employee engagement, leadership dynamics and organizational
culture.
As one initiative to support FINCAD’s learning culture, FINCAD implemented an Employee Learning
Program. The company allocated funds to finance the development of skills and abilities for every employee.
