Sales Account Executive
Reports to: Sales Director EMEA
Description of the Role:
Due to the unprecented growth in sales in EMEA, FINCAD’s sales team is expanding. FINCAD’s products are considered to be the industry standard in financial analytics and are used worldwide in banks, corporate treasuries and hedge funds to value complex financial instruments such as credit and interest rate derivatives.
Objective of the Role:
- Achieve personal sales revenue targets through direct contact with existing and prospective clients.
- Manage prospects through the evaluation process leading to a purchase decision, then provide ongoing support and service following the sale.
- Provide on-going account management to your account territory
- Increase the profile of FINCAD as the provider of industry standard financial analytics
Accountabilities:
- Achieve sales quota
- Contact existing and prospective clients by telephone, email, and fax.
- Follow the FINCAD sales process and use sales tools provided.
- Communicate with Product Specialists to ensure that clients’ questions are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage your territory to ensure sufficient sales funnel coverage.

Job Qualifications:
- Required qualifications:
- Third Level qualification preferably relating to Finance
- 3 -5 years sales Experience in an inside sales model
- A desire to learn and/or an interest in Financial markets/analytics
- “Nice to have” qualifications:
- Previous experience in the finance industry and knowledge of financial derivatives
- Attendance of external training in financial derivatives.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Other skills and abilities:
- Team player
- Strong communication and telephone skills

Derivative Analyst, Client Services
Reports to: Director of Sales (EMEA)
Description of the Role:
As a Derivative Analyst, Client Services your primary responsibility will be to provide pre- and post sales services to current and prospective clients by helping them to solve their business problems. This will require gaining and in-depth understanding of a variety of assest classes and FINCAD product and services.
Objective of the Role:
- To provide pre- and post-sales support to clients and Sales Executives for all relevant FINCAD products
- To help enable the company to achieve its revenue and project objectives.
- To ensure the highest level of product support is provided to differentiate FINCAD products and services from the competition.
- Ensure all product ideas, complaints, and bugs (from internal and external sources) are documented to allow the client/prospect/user voice to be heard and considered when planning enhancements or new features
- Assist in training Sales Executives and future Analysts.
- To provide general client training to enable our clients to become more efficient users of FINCAD products,
Accountabilities:
- Ensure adherance to strict support standards when dealing with internal and external parties.
- Communicate with Sales and other relevant parties to ensure targets are met
- Feedback to Product Management and Development as appropriate
- Manage your queries in a timely and professional manner

- Update / develop financial engineering training materials.

Job Qualifications:
- Required qualifications

- Third level qualification in a highly numerate field e.g. Financial Maths, Maths, Finance etc.
- 3-5 years experience in one of the abovel disciplines.
- A desire to learn more about the area of derivatives
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- ‘Nice to have qualifications’
- Previous experience with software in the derivatives area
- A second language
