From Downtown Vancouver
From Vancouver International Airport
From the US Border

From Downtown Vancouver  (Granville Street, heading South)

  1. Proceed South on Howe Street or on Granville Street, follow directions to travel South over the Granville Street Bridge
  2. Turn LEFT on W 70th Ave (East)
  3. Turn RIGHT (South) onto Oak St [HWY-99] and travel South, over the Oak Street Bridge. You are now on HWY-9
  4. Travel 2 km and follow signs for Exit 37 Delta Surrey HWY-91 East
  5. Travel east along HWY-91 for 8 km. You will see a sign for HWY-91 South Delta Surrey Seattle
  6. Follow HWY-91 south for an additional 5 km over the Alex Fraser Bridge. Follow sign to Nordel River Road
  7. Exit to Nordel Way.  Travel east for 5 km to Scott Road (120th St.). Stay on Nordel (it becomes 88th Ave) for a further 3 km to King George Highway
  8. Turn left onto King George Highway.  Travel north for 2 Km to Old Yale Road.
  9. Turn left onto Old Yale Road and go 0.5 km to 2nd light at West Whalley Ring Road.  Turn right and go to 1st light.  Turn into parking structure.
  10. Park. Enter mall.  Pass through food court and then bear left to the office tower.

From Vancouver International Airport

  1. Travel east out of the airport on Grant McConachie Way
  2. Follow the signs over the Airport Connector to HWY-99
  3. Follow the HWY-99 South exit signs and travel South on HWY-99 for 2 km
  4. Follow signs for Exit 37 Delta Surrey HWY-91 East
  5. Travel east along HWY-91 for 8 km. You will see a sign for HWY-91 South Delta Surrey Seattle.
  6. Follow HWY-91 South for an additional 5 km over the Alex Fraser Bridge. Follow sign to Nordel River Road

From the US Peace Arch - Blaine WA / Whiterock BC Border

  1. Travel north on I-5 to the Peace Arch border crossing. The expressway north of the crossing is Canadian HWY-99.
  2. Take the King George Hwy North exit (approx. 7 miles north of the border). Travel north for 9 miles.
  3. Turn left onto Old Yale Road and go 0.5 km to 2nd light at West Whalley Ring Road. Turn right and go to 1st light. Turn into parking structure.
  4. Park. Enter mall. Pass through food court and then bear left to the office tower.
