Frank Barr

FCA, Chairman of the Board, Chair of the Audit Committee, Chair of the Governance Committee

Frank Barr is an independent chartered accountant and business consultant with extensive experience in the private, public and voluntary sectors.

He is the chair of the Risk Management and Governance Board of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and served as the Assistant Auditor General of British Columbia for twenty years. Frank lives in Victoria, B.C.

Takashi Yuri

Director since 2000, Chair of the Compensation Committee

Takashi Yuri has served with TechMatrix Corporation, a Japanese systems development and integration firm, since 1987 and as its President since April 2000.

Yuri received a bachelor's degree in architecture from Waseda University in Japan in 1983. He resides in Tokyo, Japan.

Steve Korn

Director since 2001, Chair of the Standing Committee on Shareholder Value, member of the Compensation Committee, and member of the Audit Committee.

Steve Korn is Head, Large Deal Sales, for HCL America, Inc., responsible for the largest customer opportunities in Commercial and Consumer Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance. He is based in New York City. Earlier, Steve was Vice President at Patni Computer Systems, responsible for major insurance clients. Previously, Steve was a Client Delivery Executive with EDS responsible for EDS' outsourcing relationship with General Motors Asset Management & Treasurers Office NYC.

He has held a variety of account management, delivery and consulting leadership roles at EDS mainly in capital markets and banking. Earlier, Steve held various product manager positions at Citibank and General Electric, and was a management consultant with Booz-Allen and Hamilton.

He received his MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an MSEE from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a BSEE from Newark College of Engineering.

John Greiner

Director

John Greiner is Chief Financial Officer for Clean Current Power Systems Incorporated, a technology R&D company with international tidal energy patents licensed to the Alstom Group, one of the world's major manufacturers of power equipment. John has over 30 years experience in the energy and securities industries, including a number of years as a vice president and stock analyst with Wood Gundy (now CIBC World Markets), covering companies in the high yield sector. He holds BSc (UBC) and MA (Carleton) degrees and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Robert Park

President, CEO & Director

Bob co-founded FINCAD in 1990 and is responsible for the overall management of the company. Prior to co-founding FINCAD he worked in the Canadian investment industry in the private client areas of two national firms, Richardson Greenshields and CIBC Wood Gundy, latterly as a vice president.

Bob is also a member of the governing council of the Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance, Canada's leading hi-tech industry alliance.

Nancy Petersen

Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary

Nancy joined the company in March 1996 and is responsible for administrative, human resources, accounting, banking and legal programs for the company.

Nancy has over 25 years experience of increasing responsibility in accounting and financial management for various industries including engineering, importing and commercial agriculture.

Prior to joining FINCAD, Nancy had 10 years experience as a corporate controller. She received her C.G.A. designation in 1992.

Bill Stewart

Vice President, Sales and Client Services

Bill joined FINCAD in 2000. He initially worked directly in FINCAD sales and later provided inaugural leadership for the FINCAD Alliance Program which has grown to a global network of 70+ vendors that leverage FINCAD's industry standard analytics within their own solutions. In 2007 he was named Vice President, Sales with responsibility for all of FINCAD global sales activities.

Bill's prior experience includes engineering design, finance and M&A roles. Before joining FINCAD he worked with The Jim Pattison Group and The Loewen Group. He holds a B.Sc. in Applied Science from Queen's University and two Masters' degrees including an MBA.

Harbhajan Parhar

Vice President, Research & Development

Harbhajan joined FINCAD in June 2010 as Vice President, Research and Development, bringing with him a significant amount of executive level experience in the software industry.

As Director of Product Development and Product Partnering at ACL Services, Harbhajan developed a reputation for his ability to streamline product development life-cycle while employing agile methodologies, facilitating the transformation from a single product business, to a enterprise product suite.

Daniel Scott

Vice President, Marketing and Product Management

Daniel joined FINCAD in March 2011 as Vice President, Marketing and Product Management. Before joining FINCAD, Daniel spent several years with Misys Plc in London as Marketing Director, and has previously worked at a senior level in a number of leading software houses in both a Marketing and Product Management capacity.

Daniel spent his early career working for leading Investment Banks in the City of London, such as Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust and Dresdner Kleinwort, before moving into the Financial Services software field in 2000.
